This was a cute book。 I often go to children's books when I want to read something quick and fairly simple/short。 This was a cute story, and it was actually a fun little read。 This was a cute book。 I often go to children's books when I want to read something quick and fairly simple/short。 This was a cute story, and it was actually a fun little read。 。。。more
Regan Mcclure,
Creepy Pair of Underwear is a story of a bunny named Jasper who claims to be big enough to buy the creepy underwear from the store, but as it turns out Jasper is in a little over his head。 This book is a fun and unique story of facing fears and growing up! Personally, I love this book and how original it is。 I think that the goofiness of the book will draw in students that typically are uninterested in books。 Depending on the maturity level of the class I would most likely provide this book as a Creepy Pair of Underwear is a story of a bunny named Jasper who claims to be big enough to buy the creepy underwear from the store, but as it turns out Jasper is in a little over his head。 This book is a fun and unique story of facing fears and growing up! This is a follow-up to Creepy Carrots but you don't need to have read it。 My kids absolutely loved this book and want to hear it over and over。 It's a great way to get your little spooksters interested in reading。 This is a follow-up to Creepy Carrots but you don't need to have read it。 My kids absolutely loved this book and want to hear it over and over。 It's a great way to get your little spooksters interested in reading。 。。。more

Tiffany May Ross,
We read this for Friday the 13th, but it would be great for Halloween or by a campfire! It’s silly and ridiculous and exactly what every kid loves to read。 It’s about a bunny named Jasper who picks out a pair of glow in the dark undies, which turn out to be somewhat living and totally spook him out… but he can’t get rid of them。 I loved the use of the black and white illustrations to highlight the green glowing undies。 I hated the cheap standard papyrus font they used。 Cheapened the feel of the We read this for Friday the 13th, but it would be great for Halloween or by a campfire! Naomi Ruth,
My nieces and nephew love this story - especially my nephew。 It has a great sense of colour, most of it in a brown-grey scale with the underwear a vibrant neon green that really adds to the creepy factor。 Peter Brown does the same thing but with orange in Reynold's Creepy Carrots。 Really fun。 Love it。 My nieces and nephew love this story - especially my nephew。 It has a great sense of colour, most of it in a brown-grey scale with the underwear a vibrant neon green that really adds to the creepy factor。 Peter Brown does the same thing but with orange in Reynold's Creepy Carrots。 Really fun。 Love it。 。。。more
Jacklyn,
I think this book is hilarious and a great book to read around Halloween to help build the excitement around the holiday。 I also think it’s a great book to keep in the classroom for kids to look at and read on their own。 They will love to continue to look at a book that make them laugh and have characters and situations they understand and can imagine in cartoon form。
Nancy Green,

Author Aaron Reynolds weaves a great children’s story that’s just scary enough for little ones, and hilarious for all ages。 And the twist ending is genius。 Highly recommended。
Author performed it for us in a webinar and he was hilarious! Fun book。

genre: modern fantasy fictiongrade range: kindergarten-2nd gradepersonal review: I thought I would finish my bookshelf with my mom's favorite book to read to her class at school, and this one did not disappoint! How cute is this little story, and it has so much to offer children to help them grow out of their fears! This might be a good story to read at the beginning of a new year, to get rid of all of those "first week jitters"! Or talk about fears!
